ABOUT US AND THE TEAM

We, Neil and Judi, established the business in 1998 with our dedicated team that takes immense pride in delivering excellence. We are committed to going the extra mile to provide you with the best guidance and support. We began as a specialist wood flooring shop, offering a diverse range of wood options such as solid oak, block flooring, engineered wood, bespoke finishes, restoration, and laminates. We grew, expanded and introduced high end LVT’s and luxurious carpets and runners.

From the beginning of your project, we provide comprehensive assistance every step of the way. Taking care of the subfloor preparation, ensuring a solid foundation for your new floor installation, and adding the finishing touches such as skirtings and carpentry work.

We are supported by the dedicated efforts of Sara in the shop, along with our in-house fitters, who not only possess remarkable craftsmanship but also genuinely care about the quality of their work. We all understand that the success of your project depends on their skills and attention to detail.

You can of course pop into the shop anytime to browse or borrow samples. However, we do offer a bookable appointment service in the showroom. This will provide you with dedicated attention, allowing you to ask as many questions as you like, benefitting from our extensive knowledge.

INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICE

As part of our commitment to help you choose the right flooring with confidence, we are pleased to offer personal in-house appointments with our designer Susannah. As an experienced Interior Designer, she will guide you through the various flooring options in the showroom, whilst also recommending suitable choices within your budget and ensuring they complement your existing interior design.

 

SANDING, REPAIRS AND RESTORATION

We are experts in repairs and restoration for wood floors. Whether your floors have suffered from scratches, stains, or wear and tear over time, our skilled team is here to bring them back to their former glory. With our high quality and dust extraction equipment, we can transform the colour of your floors using Osmo oil stains.

 

AFTERCARE

Rest assured, we are here to stay and provide ongoing support even after the installation of your floor. Our commitment extends beyond the fitting process. If you have any future issues or concerns with your floor, we will be available to assist you.

We use eco-friendly Spring Bond underlay, which is made from single use plastics, is British designed and manufactured and offers many other benefits making it a maximum performance underlay with minimal environmental impact. We seek out and offer many eco-friendly carpet options and source our wood responsibly from well-managed forests.
